Squirrels used in Education in New Zealand
Here’s an interesting education program using Squirrels. Squirrel is simple enough that it was just one of three different projects within the program. They started with some experiments and a paper plane, moved onto a walkalong glider and then finally a Squirrel.
Model planes at summer camp
I went to Ottawa Rockcliffe Airport a few times to make Squirrels. This is a great activity for a summer camp. It’s not only fun for the camp participants but it’s a blast for staff, volunteers and parents. 🙂

I visited Turnbull school to do a presentation on Model planes! It was a blast!
I eventually got a haircut too! 🙂
