I did the first Squirrel-O-Rama in Toronto at Transac bar.

This was a great evening. I think it took about an hour to get through this.

It takes a lot of practice to lead a workshop like this.

Toronto crafts for kids!

Whenever I travel I offer to do workshops for kids and adults. Here’s one with a bunch of kids in Toronto!

We made a bunch of planes and the kids learned to fly them.

I went to DemoCamp and the social after it. It was a total blast. In both venues I did some fun urban geurilla flying!

As you can see in the pictures I was experimenting with brandable Squirrel airplanes.

1st Stittsville Scouts (Delta Troop)

In the past couple of years I’ve enjoyed travelling to different cities to make planes with Beavers, Cubs and Scouts. I do it in my own city as well.

We generally have a gymnasium or a field. I really enjoy it because not only do I get to share the aviation spirit with lots of children (and adults) I get to do some flying myself. I also get to see lots of planes running and coach the kids on how to get them running well.

Many of the Cub-Scout groups have become regulars so I look forward to coming back.
