Michael and I have been doing volunteer workshops for Squirrel model airplanes. Here we are at a retirement home in the City of Ottawa. We made six Squirrels and had a blast.

This is great for residents:

• Gets them using their hands.
• Gets them moving around.
• Is very fun and socially random since everybody coming by wants to see what’s going on.

It’s also very enriching for volunteers.
